The 2019 International City/ Country Management Association (ICMA) annual conference was conducted at Music City Center in Nashville on 20th-23rd October.

It was one of my opportunities attending the biggest conference where public servants from most of the countries getting together to share their insights, success stories and challenges on city management and environmental management. I have attended 8 sessions through 2 days conference which I learn a lot to improve my city management.

I want to recommend my Ministry of Yangon to participate 2020 annual conference to build networking, find solution for our community challenges.
